We had a party of 7, 5 were children. Olivia was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing, very friendly and stayed on top of everything. Made sure drinks were refill and that we had everything that we needed. I will definitely ask for her to be my waitress again. Hands down the best experience that I've had at this location.
We ordered our food online at 5 to be picked up at 5:30. We get there tell them that we're there and are waiting and waiting 20 minutes passed and still no food. We understood that they were busy but when you specify a time to be picked up it should be ready with no excuses. We ordered online gave them an half an hour then even longer after we arrived.
Front hostess was unpleasant, perhaps the restaurant should place more friendly and cheerful staff at the front of their establishment. Aside from that, it was a very satisfactory experience. Our server was a very enthusiastic and happy young man, so if you go you may be fortunate enough to be served by Hunter. The food was better than expected and the prices were very reasonable and affordable.
One of my favorite Texas Roadhouse locations to visit. Bartenders are great, Kaitlyn especially is super friendly, and always attentive. Place is almost always busy, but the bar seats tend to cycle through pretty quickly and rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for a couple seats to free up. Only once ever had a steak not cooked right and the manager quickly and graciously took care of it. If you want a take, I definitely recommend calling ahead for seating.
I took the meal back and asked that it be cooked right and for the refund. The manager was super nice and took care of everything which was the only plus to the experience.
Got home, hungry and ready to dig into my sirloin/shrimp combo meal with plain sweet potato and green beans. There was no shrimp, and my plain sweet potato was a regular potato encrusted in salt. My steak was medium not medium rare and cold.
First time eating here. Ordered take out. I was told 20 minutes so my meal should have been ready when I arrived. I waited another 30 minutes before having to approach the host desk to ask what was taking so long. They brought my food out within minutes.
