The shippensburg McDonald's is terrible I have not had a drive through order that has been correct the past 5 time here and they never make it right . We paid for double's and got singles my sons order had bottom rolls on both his sandwiches. We order 3 just kids icream for or dogs and said we wanted in cup and they charged for 3 sundays. My wife asked for a quaterpounder no cheese and got cheese . Then we asked the guy for receipt in bag which he never gave us .they have over charged the past 3 times . It's time for the owner to get new management and fire all the staff this is the worst place I have ever gone in a long time .
This is our favorite McDonalds! Our bag is always packaged nicely and our food is put together and not sloppy. Im extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the food. This is the only location i can get my eggs to be cooked and fluffy. Every other location leaves them a raw liquid mess.
It's clean and offer's a drive up or eat-in option and offer's a play area for children and the food is great as always...
4:50 p.m. on a Tuesday and no Lobby check has been done, two managers on duty standing around talking about their personal stuff with their employees instead of worrying about doing a Lobby check and checking the bathroom which by the way is in need of some help. Brought to their attention no ketchup or napkins out in the lobby and still no one has come out to take care of that. Food is past its holding time, and the reason I know that is because I work in the fast food restaurant industry!
All the employees are very nice. They try and get you in and out as quickly as possible. If you need help someone is quick to jump and help you. The food is good. Fries and chicken nuggets are always fresh
