The manager explained the process in detail to me, which I really appreciated. He also explained that if the repair left a visible spot which I found bothersome while driving, I could opt to have the entire windshield replaced with insurance covering all but the deductible. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with.
After a stone hit the windshield causing a chip, and reporting it to the insurance, they sent us here to have it repaired.
Pricing way way way too high. RT11 glass plus can do the same work for better pricing.

The waiting room was incredibly tiny and almost claustrophobic. But despite it being a very hot afternoon, it was cool inside so that was a plus. The work was done quickly and I was on my way. Yes, I can see the spot, but it doesn't bother me.
