One of the few reasons I go to the chambersburg mall is because I love this Victorias secrets. Girls are always helpful and friendly and they always have tons of stuff in the right all sizes. Only downfall is they dont have a big enough area to have as much pink gear like other bigger stores.
As with any other VS, very expensive!
This place is beautiful but if you don't have an arm and leg to spend it can be pretty ugly , staff is great though , friendly and clean very colorful and lots of cute bras !
Had the worst experienced ever at this Victoria Secret location. The associate is by far incompetent staff. I am not sure who hired these girls because they definitely can't do their job right. If I could give zero star I would. Not ever going back to this VS location again because the girls there are absolutely RUDE!!!! I would rather drive down 30 min to the capital city mall and happily give them my money instead.
I'm not a fan of VS undergarments, they don't seem to fit me well. But when I do browse this store from time to time, the ladies working are always super friendly and sweet. They'll help you in any way they can, or simply leave you alone to shop if that's what you choose.
My experience was horrible! My sister is an employee and was told she can't use her discount because she works at another location. Ok, that's fine we understand so we contiuned looking when we went to check out the cashier was rude and gave attitude about how she wouldn't even let her pay without her discount because she's still an employee. So your telling me your employees can't shop anywhere else but the store they work at. This is ridiculous. Victoria secrets policy are awful. And their customer service is even worse. Get some kinder employees and maybe you would have better sales.
While I never really find anything here I like, the staff is so nice I have to rate them well. Plus, they keep the store neat and tidy.
