Restrooms are typically nice and clean, so a plus there!
Clean, well-stocked store. Associates are friendly and very helpful. Kohl's is always my first choice for department store shopping, both in person and online.
This store has a habit of irritating me. First off, shoe area is always a mess. But so are a lot of other places within the store. I know shoppers are messy, and often don't put things back in the correct spot, but come on! Don't stuff the shelves and racks so full that shoppers cannot browse without an avalanche!

Coupons have too many exclusions.
Employees can sometimes be hard to find, yet other times they're plentiful. They are usually helpful, but sometimes look annoyed.
Big and Tall section is more tall than big.. Hard to find anything in other departments as well
i was here the other day and went to go and pay for my items on the one side and there wasn’t anyone there, so i walked to the other side and i went up to the register where there was a lady standing there clearly not doing anything and she just responded in the worst tone and said the lady at the other register could help me whenever there was a line at the other register. And not just that, i was shopping with my mom and she asked the other cashier a question and she didn’t even answer her!!! i usually don’t have problems here with customer service but the management here needs to look more into who their hiring and definitely work on their people skills and friendliness. i wasn’t pleased with this experience
