If I could do a negative star I would! The owner was extremely rude and argumentative with me. I was having a flower arrangement sent to my elderly grandma for her birthday and specifically asked for the delivery time be before 12:30pm because I knew she would not be home after that. They tried to deliver at 1:45pm. Then she had an attitude with me about it. She told me "she wasn't going to sit here and cry over a delivery fee". Very unprofessional. I was in shock I was being spoke to that way by an establishment who I had just given my business too!
