I had an experience here once that left me feeling quite angry, but overall it's not a bad store. I had asked a simple question that for a novice, was a good question. The older lady looked at me like I was an idiot and while she did answer the question, she was exceptionally and inexcusably rude about it. She went as far as to say "what do you think you'd use?" which offended me greatly. I can usually brush off things like that, but this time it was just too rude.
This is a small Jo-Ann Fabrics. They do their best in getting as much product into the small space.
Wonderful Place to Shop all Kinds of Fabrics, Home Decor and Craft Supplies including Holiday Items.
It was awhile until I wanted to go back, but eventually I did after the store was remodeled. They now have more craft supplies, but still have plenty of fabric and sewing supplies, and I've not had anymore negative customer service experiences. I still much prefer Michael's unless I need sewing items.
Smaller store, nice employees. Very helpful.
