2 Customers ignored
We ordered storm doors this year and the sales guy seemed very open and honest about his opinions. We were torn between two different ones, and he helped us decide. He actually steered us towards the cheaper one because he felt they were better quality than the more expensive one! Plus, he gave us a little bit of a deal on the one we had to special order.
3.Salespeople point you to areas
We purchased a patio table this summer, and weren't sure it would fit in our vehicle. It was the last one on the shelf and it was on sale, so we didn't want to lose it! The sales person gave us a tape measure to measure inside our vehicle, and also let us know they'd hold it for a week or two so we could get a different vehicle here to transport it. I liked that he was so willing to help us figure it all out. In the end it did fit.
Lowest is a lovely place to go, has just about any thing you need. They have the Christmas decorations out now. Very pretty . the cashiers are friendly an nice too. I like to shop at Lowest!!
4.Rude, salespeople, including managers, working the floor area
Hate their front desk people. Usees to buy over 2k a month but I'll sure to take my bussines else where. Where they will appreciate my business

We've always visited Lowes for a variety of things, but when we bought our first house in 2016, Lowes became a second home. We've almost always had very good experiences when we needed assistance.
