Went in to get knee checked. I was in pants. Wasn't giving a gown or sheet to cover up with. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The worst part as I'm laying on table he had me skooch to edge of table to him then roll on to stomach then again on to back each time his "below the belt" area was against by a**..
What a joke! Went in to re-check something that was THEIR fault (according to the person who called me in) and was treated to an entire second visit (AND bill!)
Low wait times, very prompt, efficient service. Great friendly staff. They also have x-Ray on site.
I was seen after 8 PM on 5/2/17. Every staff member, including the physician was efficient and provided excellent care. Within 35 minutes, I was examined, had a culture taken, and was released with an Rx sent to my pharmacy. This was my first experience to this specific urgent care, and it was quite positive despite how bad I was feeling.
We took our daughter here last night (7/19/16) because Keystone urgent care had just closed at 8 and it was 8:10. Worst care ever!!! My daughter had a temp of 101 that had not come down for 3 hrs even with ibuprofen and a sore throat with swollen glands and white patches. The Dr she seen pretty much pushed her right out the door without even doing anything. He refused to do a strep test and said her throat looked fine and she just had a virus and she didn't need to be seen again for another 7-10 days if not better.. mm what?! First thing this morning I took her to keystone urgent care, due to her Drs office not having any appts available . The first thing they did was take a strep test and guess what.. POSITIVE!! If i would have listened to summit my child would have had strep for a week before she needed to be seen again!! I will never take my children back to this place!! If you want urgent care that actually cares about you go to keystone!!!
