Very easy to work with. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful from when I dropped off to when I picked up. At least once a year they take care of my garments. Everything I receive back is in perfect condition and cleaned just how I wanted. My last visit also had them do some alterations to one piece. It was in bad shape when I went in. When I got it back it was back in perfect condition that no one would ever know. I recommend them to everyone.

I sent my Tux jacket to be cleaned for a concert. They had NINE days. Went to pick it up. Not ready, when I was PROMISED it would be finished. No calls, no texts, emails, any communication of any kind. Now I have to hand scrub it and try to make it work for my event this afternoon. RIDICULOUS! Take your business somewhere else.
I did not like the attitude of the older black hair lady when I went to pick up my comfort for my bed. I lost my ticket and I was late getting my comfort. She was rude because I had no ticket, then she k8nd looked for comfort stated she could not find it told me to go look. Well I found it. I was amazed how many comforts were on the floor in bags with half of the bags tore open so the people's comforts were getting stained and dirty.
