I had the worst experience at this office. I dealt with Eric White and he was rude, and acted very entitled to his job. I was having issues with my SSN and needed someone to assist me with this problem, he basically told my pap and I that the only thing he could do was verify my account. After we left there we went to Shusters office, where I was able to get help after they placed several calls to Oscar the Manager there. I had to go back to the Office, because Oscar wanted me too, so we went back and I had to deal with Eric White again, and when I came in he greeted me with "Oh it is you, again". I asked to speak with the manager and he would not let me. Then helped a little bit but he was very unpleasant while he was helping me. He needs to change his customer service attuide and

I haven't been able to have any experience yet. There is absolutely no direct number to this location and when I arrived at the time they were suppose to be open they were closed with no notification on the door or anything.
