I had 2 motorcycle keys made at another local shop and neither of them worked. The customer service I received from the other shop when I called to tell them the keys didn't work was terrible, they treated me like an idiot who didn't know how to use a key. Rather than dealing with poor customer service, I decided to just take my business elsewhere. I took my cycle key into Nancy's shop and they made me 2 keys in just a few moments. Best thing was, both keys worked and I paid $5.40 for the keys from Nancy's and over $14 at the other local shop. Turns out the other shop didn't even use the correct blanks. Nancy's will get 100% of my business from now on.
