I would rate it a two star because our service sucked. I mean they were kinda busy but I not liked fully packed. My Mom order her steak well done and it came out medium rare. Which they went back and made my mom a new steak which we took to go because it was a long time until it came out. Although I can’t really complain though because they did actually gived are meals to us for free because of the long wait and the whole screw up.
Steaks cooked to order and tender. Waitress was helpful. Short wait time the evening I was there.
Longhorn steakhouse is a good place for a party or just to be by yourself. The waitresses were awesome and made my day even though I was by myself.
Great service at the bar. Nice selection of drinks. Steaks are always prepared correctly to my order of med rare. Desserts were good and the kids menu went over well.
Longhorns Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurant and this one is no different then the rest. The staff is super friendly and they are quick to fix the issues. Had a very undercooked steak and they took it right back and re did it and the manager brought it out and apologized.
