I regret some things I have said, I can only go forward and do my best to represent Epic, proudly.

I have been a nurse with Epic since they were Links 2 Care and Loving Care Agency...like EVERY OTHER agency we have our good days and our bad days...we have easy families and more difficult families...I learned something today, and over the last 2-3 weeks..no matter what, all personal feelings aside, our CHILD is our number one focus..the one to keep happy and healthy. Not the parents, not that their opinions of our care doesn't matter, we just need to have an order if importance, the child, parents, then ourselves. Every day is a learning lesson. Thank you Jason Umpierrez. I had a VERY difficult situation arise with one of my clients, it snow balled..Jason has, does and continues to go above and beyond, with his own personal feelings aside, done and continues to do amazing job! I have said some things out of frustration and regret them. I have learned a lot from this man since his arrival. He defends his employees while guaranteeing quality care, to the best of his ability, to his children.
