This place is very pricey, but for a reason. Unfortunately it's not always in my budget to go here, but it is a very nice establishment of highly trained and skilled individuals.
Was here for the first time over the weekend for Bridal Party hair and make up. Ali did my hair and it was like I had known her for years. So nice and personable and she did a great job! Lorri did my make up and was wonderful with touch ups when I wanted to adjust a few things.
I have nothing but good to say about the massage therapist. Wendy is AWESOME AND KIND!!
Classy and upscale, makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. At first I felt like I didn't belong, it seemed too snooty for me. But by the end I didn't feel quite that way.
Friendly, helpful and great service. I love getting a pedicure there and have also had my hair, nails, a massage (or two) and waxing done. Great spa like atmosphere.
Atmosphere is so calm and welcoming, all the employees were lovely.
I just went this past Saturday to get my hair done by Ali. Although I had to wait for two and a half months for this appointment I did like the way my hair turned out. Ali was AWESOME! She was super down to earth and so easy to talk to for the whole two and a half hours she spent working on my hair. The environment was very peaceful and the people who worked there were very kind. While I wasn't too happy about having to wait almost three months for my appointment, I understand that Saturdays book rather fast and that was my only option with my work schedule. I will return and definitely ask for Ali!
I've only been here for hair service, but it was nice. They take time to really listen to what you want and keep communicating with you as they work to ensure they're doing what you expect.
