Everything U want for normal household pets is here in one place. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean & well organized. The only downside is the price. All the pet stores charge for the convenience of everything in one place. I only shop here when I absolutely have to.

Typically we'll stocked. Staff is normally friendly and helpful. Animal cages aren't as clean as they once were, but still nothing bad. Fish tanks need to be scrubbed a little more frequently, and they need to do more checks for dead fish, especially in the very crowded feeder fish tanks.

Return policy is great. I returned an unopened bag of food (bought several back when it was on sale) from a few months prior. They took it back no problem and issued store credit since it was over 60 days.
