Chewing a huge wad of gum and loudly popping bubbles, along with her sloppy disheveled hair and uniform. Was intent on blaming her terrible service (waited way too long for our drinks and for her to return to take our order) on the fact that, "one of the managers was just fired for theft"!
Waitresses behavior was inexcusable!
She kept trying to gossip to us about this manager every time she came to our table, using this as an excuse for the restaurant not having any broccoli, cold soup, wilted salad and empty condiment bottles!
Overall good rating 3 stars. Quality was good. Service was fast and cleanliness was above average. Burger was over cooked asked for medium got well done. Server did a good job but a little annoying. Host was poor at best he doesn't have the personality for that job.
When she finally delivered our food, she practically threw it on the table!
After my last experience a year ago I told myself if never go back. But was forced to go with coworkers. And the place has done a 180. Very nice staff . Friendly. And most important clean. And food was hot and very good. Very surprised. Maybe I'll go back more often now
Waitress not the best. Some of the food was cold. Service overall lacked although waitress tried to be kind. Very slow service as well and the dinning room was mostly empty. Food that was warm was good.
I love Applebee's but the service at this one is horrible! We have been there numerous times and every time no matter what time of day busy or not the service is always bad.
I finally had to tell her " we really don't want to know anymore about how terrible your job is and your language is extremely inappropriate for me and my granddaughter!"
