We waited a long time for two people in front of us in the drive thru to be served. Then once we got to the ordering station we were told to to wait. We waited seven minutes with no one serving us or saying anything. We drove away.
When your son works at a restaurant and can still say it's his favorite fast food even almost a year after moving on to a full-time job, I think it says a lot for the restaurant. We love Arby's.
