so service in store was great.. But there is a serious issue with delivering a mattress in the winter, well quite frankly anytime between oct. and March when temps are so low that mattresses come off the truck frozen. So part of the agreement is to have the bed "delivered and set up" Not leaving a 260 pound mattress at the bottom of my stairs because its to cold to flex it. I Get that it was for the protection of the mattress... However what if we were elderly or incapable of carrying it up the stairs once it thawed??? Should there not be a better system? Possibly a heated delivery truck so that you can deliver as promised? I feel that because we are "ABLE" we were taken a bit.. Please fix this flaw so that a buyer that might not be able, doesn't have to figure something out to fix your poor accommodation. Other than that we were satisfied.. thanks
