I will never go here again. Dirty, unorganized, flies all over buffet, food all dried up on buffet, people running around not knowing what they are doing & counting money in registers at the counter. Forgot stuff on my order and didnt give drink cups. Wouldnt go back if it was free.oh and boy came out from counter and was going to make our mashed potato bowls off of the buffet, I said I dont think so.
Food was not kept stirred. Stuffing was nasty, hard & brown. Female bought out fresh that was of the correct color. The old was put ontop of the fresh. No one checked tempts of food in the hr I sat & observed. Deff not clean eating area.
First ever KFC Buffet I have ever been to. And have been back 2 more times, if you like KFC your gonna love this store. Its kept nice and clean and food is always being filled on buffet.
At this time i am going to suggest that the public stays clear of this place. The trees, at back of the building and property, and the building itself is infested with mites. My friend works there and she has to pick the mites from her body every night after work. And now from her carrying them home, they are in her home and her significant other has them as well . I feel this place should be closed n shut down. Or trees need to be removed. I love KFC but cant bring myself to eat here any longer. I mean its a shame when a building/property is infested with mites so bad that the employees scratch n dig themselves because they are being eaten alive as they prepare the food and serve it to you. I feel bad for the employees and what they are goung through just to have employment. Its an unfit working, food preparing and consuming establishment. Worse part is that management is well aware of situation but do nothing to fix issue or help employees. In any way.
Love this place great customer service and friendly staff. Just wish the buffet was cheaper or different kinds of chicken like strips or nuggets. We will be back next time we're out this way.
